I've watched CBT Nuggets for PowerShell (excellent job Don), read Powershell for Beginners, and read the first half of PowerShell in Action.   The rest of PowerShell in Action goes into some pretty great detail and will revisit in the future.  I am just curious as to what I should do now?  Should I get Powershell TFM?  I have Windows PowerShell Cookbook but it seems to just throw out examples without much explanation for a beginner.  I also have Professional Windows Powershell for Exchange.  Do you think it'd be more beneficial to do the TFM by Don, go onto the Exchange book (I am an Exchange guy), or do other stuff?

Thanks in advance!

You've done quite a bit of reading already... If you want to learn Exchange, go with the Exchange book. Sapien (www.sapienpress.com) also has an Exchange PowerShell Cookbook.

I have someone doing an Exchange presentation at my virtual user group next week:

Create some VMs and start testing your daily tasks on them.
