Ok I should know this already or should hop on it myself, but I'll "ask before doing"
"Do we have any Powershell User Groups near or around the Toronto, Ontario area..."
There I've asked :)
If there are none, any thoughts on how to go about starting up one? Or I wonder if just looking for a local "Coffee and Code" in Toronto might be a thought.

I'm Canadian. I'm not aware of any Canadian user groups. Perhaps you know of my virtual one that I started up (because I couldn't find any interest in Canada at all a few years ago):
