Are there benefits to installing Powershell on all new Windows 2003 R2 server rollouts? Are there reasons not to do this? I am mainly interested in remote management and WMI capabilities. Thanks, -MattG

IMO, there are no real benefits to do that. For real remote management we have to wait for final V2 (you would not install CTP or Beta release on a production server, right?) and to use remote capabilities of Get-WmiObject in V1 you only need -ComputerName parameter. -aleksandar http://powershellers.blogspot.com
